We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their Dynamic Scooter purchase. Thus, a 30-day guarantee is offered by us for your worry-free riding. Any return requests after 30 days purchasing will not be processed.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, our Dynamic Scooter must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. And you are also required to provide the proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dynamicscooter.com We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive the returned Dynamic Scooter and verify its eligibility for the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment. We will issue the refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned Dynamic Scooter. Please note that the refund may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement.
