Shipping Policy

At Dynamic Scooter, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Our logistics team is working for reliable and efficient shipping. We will be truly appreciating for your kind patience and understanding.

Shipping Area:

Currently, we support shipping to the US and Canada. 

Processing and Delivery Time:

Please note that there will be a processing time elapsed for us to process your order, normally within 3-5 business days. Once the order is processed, product will be shipped out to the shipping address provided by you.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days.

Customers can also choose to expedite the shipping for an additional fee. Expedited shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address, weather conditions, and any other factors outside our control. Orders made during weekends or holidays may take longer time.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track the package and monitor your delivery status.

Please note that the tracking information may take more than 48h to update, if you cannot track your package, feel free to contact us by email support@dynamicscooter.com

Shipping Damage:

In the unlikely event that the Dynamic Scooter is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to safety and legal reasons, we cannot ship our Dynamic Scooter to the following locations:

  • P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Outside of Canada

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation before Shipping:

You are allowed to cancel your Dynamic Scooter order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. In order to do so, you must contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.

Cancellations can only be made by the customer who made the purchase, and the cancellation request must be made through the same medium used to place the order.

Cancellation after Shipping:

Once the Dynamic Scooter has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may still be eligible for a refund, by waiting for the item to arrive first then please referring to our Return Policy for more information.

Exceptions:

In rare cases, we may allow cancellations after the item has been shipped. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation request. If we determine that a cancellation is possible, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees and restocking fees incurred.

We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
